Not sellers fault but first delivery went somewhere so they sent me another very quickly. I was impressed. The second delivery received pretty beat up. Box was torn you could see product inside. Foam pieces were coming out of ripped openings. I went ahead and opened the box. Foam was mostly shredded to pieces. It appeared everything was intact. I began to assemble the frame after carefully counting all the pieces, the first round pipe was bent on the end and wouldn’t fit had to manually bend back into shape. There were two like this. I assembled the bed. Slats are hard to get in had to remove one of the rubber caps on the end to get to fit. Put the mattress in frame headboard made a popping sound it had come loose from the frame screws stripped out of the wood. This piece was already pre assembled from factory. Maybe got damage in shipping or maybe just built poorly not sure. Anyway I fixed that by replacing all the screws on the headboard with bolts nuts and washers had to drill through headboard. It actually makes it lol pretty good with a industrial look. I also had to reinforce some points in the frame and add non slip pads to the legs which are round so I will let you come up with your own ways of doing that I’m not telling how inm did it. It doesn’t slide now when getting in and out of bed. Overal I’m ok with purchase after I made my modifications, it has a good idea and base set up just need a little tlc. ... show more

    • RIP toes
The bed is nice, my only complaints are that the LED lights fall off the back of the headboard every time we stick them back on so they need to be secured with something and...most importantly...I am waiting for the day I break my toe on the middle support pole on the side of the bed because I've kicked it more times than I can count. Watch out ... show more

    • Waste of money
The headboard part had one end of the pipes misshapen to where it was impossible to assemble. Also a headboard screw was stripped to where the screw moved freely threw it.
