The frame is strong and sturdy. An older person like myself might have trouble and need a little help due to all the screws. It comes with the tools, but you might want to use your own. Does not hurt the floor underneath.

Excellent intructions. Excellent construction. A Big Boy erector set. Fun to put together. I recomemend a 1/2 inch socket wrench - the nuts are stiff lock nuts.
