3 stars for customer service with Amazon. The mattress is not thick enough like it states, we got the thicker and it wasn’t as thick even after we waited almost 4 days for it to completely get its size. You can feel the coils or metals inside, even hear it when laying on it. Also if you seat on the corner you ended up on the bed frame. Maybe goor for a big kid or toddler bedroom, not for a normal size adult. However customer service was very helpful

If there are beds in heaven they'd use this mattress. Perfect. My 67yo body is rested and refreshed every morning due to the sleep I get from this semi firm hybrid gel/coil mattress. No regrets.

I love this mattress. Fits as it says it does. Full fluff when packing is open. Fully plush after 24 hours for my home. My guess raved about the comfort while sleeping. Only drawback is opening and unfolding the mattress was a headache because they make sure the mattress isn't damaged ( I guess that's a positive pain..lol)
