I contacted Lechepus manufacturer by email and the response was quick. I explained the situation, and that it was only 2 months old. The customer service was excellent! They offered me an agreeable refund amount, and said we could keep the mattress. I would definitely buy from this particular company again.

So far this mattress is alright. It’s definitely not closer to soft over firm as it says it is. I was surprised at how firm it was once it was ready to use. I thought it would be softer as the product stated. It’s still good though. It helped a little bit with my back pain compared to my old mattress. I had purchased a mattress cover before this mattress which gave me a sickening appearance on my face due to memory foam poisoning from the poor a d unsafe chemicals used in the topper. My face was inflamed, peeling, dry as concrete around my eye sockets and lip. I looked like a zombie…once I stopped using the topped I went completely back to normal a week later. 2-3 weeks after the topper was gone and I was completely healed, I started using this mattress. Overall great purchase!
