I washed it for the first time and the amount of fuzz in the washer and dryer was ridiculous. The entire lint trap was full plus fuzz everywhere elseโ€ฆthe floor, the hallway, my bedroom. I'm using a down alternative comforter which alone was fairly breathable but the fabric for this duvet cover and shams is more course albeit still comfortable. Using it with a flat sheet is sometimes an issue and often I'd find it had slipped away during the nights rotations. My husband is a hot sleeper and the material doest distribute his heat that well although he says he has no problems sleeping. I suggest an even more lightweight comforter for hot sleepers or to use the duvet cover for 'lewks' and another, cooler blanket for sleepy time. ... show more
