I was very skeptical on buying a mattress from here without feeling it but this has helped me sleep 10x better , my body doesn’t ache. I was expecting it to be a tad bit softer but it still has some bounce to it , more so on the firm side. Your body doesn’t sink in and it definitely has great hip support if you’re a side sleeper. It looks nice too so that’s a plus. I did give it 24 hours before sleeping on it the instructions said 72 but it literally inflated as soon as I ripped the plastic….but beware when the plastic does tear it opens up VERY FAST.

READ DIRECTIONS WHEN UNPACKING!! There should be a warning label on this mattress about the dangers of unpacking a compressed mattress with springs. The directions come on a small card and the print is tiny. The mattress is wrapped in two separate plastics. You must cut through the first one to be able to unroll it while it is still compressed. Then, cut the second wrapping while it is flat. Overall, mattress is comfy.

The sides of this mattress are very soft and I slid right off and got hurt. It’s a shame because the middle of it is a nice feel but the sides are terrible. I’m yet to find a mattress with reinforced sides that are really reinforced.

This bed is SOOOOOO Comfortable. I got the 14inch Queen. I loved it so much , I got a second one for the guest bedroom. Compared to other bed-in-a-box that I have bought over the years, this is by far the bets value for money. This was one of my bed blind buys. Buy it. Don't hesitate. It's well worth it!
