I will start this review by saying I got the king size mattress and there was a $200 off coupon. So I got this mattress for about $350, meaning my expectations weren't super high. There were a ton of reviews so I was hopeful. I was going from a queen to a king so I was happy. I followed the instructions and opened it safely. I was able to sleep on it the first night after opening it. It full firmed up after a few days. I haven't slept this good in a while, especially sharing a bed with someone in a queen bed all these years. It is so comfortable, very supportive, but also it is so silent! It doesn't make noises when getting up or on it. I love the size and quality of it. I have had it for about 7-10 days now and I have slept great each night. I know you might be hesitant especially when comparing prices at stores, this is so worth the money and great quality! ... show more

I bought this mattress (10 inch Firm) two months ago and I am sold! I’ll never spend a small fortune in a mattress. This is amazing good! I finally I wake up with zero back pain. Incredible value for your money. Details: perfect amount of firm if you like/prefer firm. Still, you don’t feel you are lying on a slab of concrete— it has a very soft feel. It is like a solid supportive cloud! It expanded to its full 10 inches in a day and a half. It’s not so heavy that one person can’t rotate it around as recommended (for the mattress’ longevity). Easy to set up, but make sure you can see the direction the thing will expand and position it on top of your bed accordingly. I was a novice, but took the warning in the box seriously. Once the mattress “exploded” it was perfectly positioned on the top of my bed frame. No smell whatsoever. ... show more

I've always spent the big bucks for mattresses. Our current traditional spring mattress is about 10 years old. It has a euro top. Because I have fibromyalgia, I have put THREE foam toppers on the euro top over the past several years. I thought I had horrible insomnia. I flip-flopped like a fish all night long. If my husband moved, it felt like I was being bounced in a trampoline. I began reading about hybrid mattresses recently... After hours and hours of research reading reviews here and on Reddit, as well as researching companies - I decided on this mattress from Flexpedic. I purchased the 14 inch queen (bigger is better, right?) in firm. I chose "firm" because my husband and I are a little plump (within 10 lbs of 200 either way.) The mattress arrived a day earlier than anticipated. It didn't smack us down while unpacking. It immediately sprung up to 12 inches. There was no funny smell and it looks to be well made. We placed it on our existing box spring. We did not wait 3 days to sleep on it. It was more like about 6 hours. The following day it had reached its full 14 inch thickness. I did place one of my 2 inch memory foam toppers on the mattress, due to ordering the firm option. It has been 2 weeks. I no long flip over constantly at night. In fact, I may not move all night. I do not feel pain on my pressure points. No hip or shoulder pain. I can feel my husband move, but no bouncing. I've stopped taking sleep meds! I'm sleeping all night! Now the problem is that I don't want to get out of bed in the morning because I'm so comfortable (neither does my husband.) My body feels supported - I can sleep on my side again instead of feeling wobbly and having to move to my stomach. But I also feel cushioned. I don't know how long this mattress will last. It seems to be well made. But if I have to replace it in 5 years, I'm totally fine with that. I have one regret - the 14 inches. Our bed is now so high that we have to climb up on it. I may buy steps LOL. I think the 10 inch would have likely been just fine. But if you like a high princess bed, go for the 14 ;) ... show more

This bed is so comfy and firm. My only complaint is that if you sit on the corners it sinks a bit . But not too bad. I sleep so good. Thanks, i highly recommend

I love it! I got it after an unsuccessful attempt at going 100% memory foam. I am mainly a stomach & sometimes side sleeper so I need something firmer - and a hybrid is just the way its gotta be for me. Its great quality for the price in my opinion. Arrived quickly, inflated to about 85% immediately! But I gave it 2.5 days to do its thing before sleeping on it. Pics attached is how it looked right after unboxing, and then 2nd pic is right before I slept on it. It did get to the full 14 inches as advertised. Make sure you measure what your bed frame is + 14 inches though... it's quite tall but I still like it. Just need to do a little hop to get into bed. The firmness is perfect for me. No sinking hips and no back pain! (if this changes I'll come back and update my review). Also this is not too firm. Don't listen to the other reviews. Its top layer is squishy but the underlying support is there. ... show more

I’ve had this mattress for a bit over a week now and can say how much i love it. Vw slept so better since i’ve been sleeping on it. I don’t wake up with shoulder, neck, hip and back pain any longer. I’ve bought many mattresses from Amazon and they’ve all been horrible, so i didn’t give much hope to this one. After the reviews We purchased the firm mattress. It’s been 48 hours now going on 72 even though the instructions saved 48 hours the bed still felt very plush not at all firm. Me and my husband sat down on it and immediately sink in, which is our biggest worries since I have sciatica due to pregnancy and I really need the bed to be firm. Reached out to the company gonna see what they say. Will update after the full 72 hours. Update still no change. DONT BE DECEIVED FROM THE REVIEWS!! I spoke with the seller. They will expect you to send it back, which you’ll have to go to Amazon for Amazon to pick it up if it’s already out of the box via Customer Sevice and apparently they failed dimension on the website information and on the box, it takes up to four weeks for it to fully expand don’t waste your money. ... show more
