I had my doubts about buying a mattress in a box but decided to try it. The mattress came on time and very well packaged, I was able to put it on the bedframe myself but would have been easier with 2 people. The mattress took no time at all to expand. This mattress was for my 23 year old son who was having back pain from his old mattress. We ordered the 12 inch style and it is perfect. It is just the right amount of firmness and comfort. Fluffed up instantly bit nothing crazy. It wasn't like opening a can of rolls or anything lol. The design on the mattress is beautiful as well, not that it matters as it will be covered with a sheet. The price for such a good mattress is the best part of all. Also I was surprised at how heavy the package was when it was delivered.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I loved the top design! Once I got it out the box (it is VERY heavy, oh my goodness it is heavy!), it instantly expanded! You don't need to wait 24-72 hours for it to expand, it just pops into form soon as the plastic is removed, so be prepared for that because I wasn't! I had some difficulty getting it on my bed because I did it myself. I got the 12in, should have stuck with my 10in, but I do love it, and so does my mini dachshund, best sleep we've had in a while! Only thing is, she can't jump up like she used to...I have to get a new set of steps for her...so she can hop up like she used to...other than that...this is a wonderful mattress, firm yet plush and everything it boasts about, is accurate! Worth the purchase! Quality: Top of the line quality Firmness: Plush but firm Value for money: Great Value for the money spent Support: Best Sleep I've had in a while! I've had this mattress a few months it is the most comfortable thing I've ever had my old mattress was old and falling apart and when it was time to get a new one I really looked around I had to find one that actually matched what we were looking for this mattress is medium firm is it hybrid mattress it doesn't squeak when you move it also doesn't make your partner move when sleeping next to you I got the 12-in they do also have a 10 in and a 14-in mattress it comes in all black which is great if you have kids cuz then you can't see the stains all that much I highly recommend this to anybody who is back problems because I have some stiffness in my back and I can actually sleep comfortably on top of this so if you're looking to replace your old mattress this is the one do not let other scare you off I'm dead serious you will love it
