When opened, it has almost no odor. It quickly expands to its maximum size. Its size is just right, without any issues. It is overall gray in color, with a low-key and attractive appearance. It matches well with the decoration style of my bedroom. The surface looks smooth and flat, with no obvious flaws. The touch feels good as well. The foam layer on the top of the mattress gives me a just-right cushioning sensation, soft and fitting perfectly to my body curve. And the spring structure below also plays a significant role. It prevents the mattress from sagging too much and provides stable support. In short, whether lying flat, on my side, or on my back, it can adapt well to my posture, allowing me to quickly find the most comfortable sleeping position. I have been using it for several weeks and have no complaints so far. At this price, it is a very good mattress.

The edges of the mattress even though it says they’re reinforced unless you’re 25 pounds it’s not enough. There’s still too soft and they will not support much weight at all. Secondary issue is there’s nowhere to grab to help lift the mattress to put your sheets on. It seems to me that there should be a way that they could make a strap that would go underneath the mattress from one side to the other, where you could grab it to lift it even a little bit to tuck your sheets underneath it I understand how they may not want to attach a handle to the sidewall of the mattress, but if they put a piece underneath the mattress from side to side with a handle that runs horizontal, it would sure help especially if you’re a senior citizen. The mattress I had before was poor at best and it was over 25 years old. It was anything but firm so I had my concerns about this mattress because it was listed as firm. Surprisingly it’s comfortable and I sleep all night with no issues. It supports my back and I am a side sleeper since this is my first mattress in a box I’m not sure about the value. It does have a 10 year warranty so we’ll see who outlives who.

I was a little nervous ordering a mattress online, but I’m so glad I did. This mattress is honestly one of the best I’ve ever slept on. It’s that perfect balance of firm and soft ，supportive enough for my back but still cushy and comfortable. I don’t wake up with sore shoulders or lower back pain anymore.The motion isolation is great too. My husband tosses and turns a lot at night and with our old mattress I’d wake up every time he moved. With this one, I hardly notice. The edge support is also much better than I expected ， I can sit on the side of the bed to put on shoes and it doesn’t sink down.Setup was easy. It came compressed in a box, we just unwrapped it and within a few hours it had fully expanded. No weird smell either, which was a big plus.We’ve had it for about a month now and both of us are sleeping so much better.

I received this full-size mattress, which arrives compressed in a box and includes only the mattress itself, requiring no additional components or tools for setup, a little over a week ago. I did not notice any sort of chemical or off-gassing odor after unboxing and letting it air out for a day, which I am quite happy about as some bed-in-a-box mattresses can have a strong initial smell. I find that the medium-firm feel provides a good balance of cushioning and support for my back. I like the low motion transfer about this item, as I don't feel significant movement when shifting positions during the night.

Sharing a bed can sometimes be tricky, especially when one person moves around more than the other. With this mattress, that issue is less noticeable. The pocket spring system keeps movements contained to one side. I can shift positions or sit up without waking the person next to me. That isolation of motion makes a huge difference in how restful the night feels. The foam layer molds gently, creating a cozy surface without sinking. I ordered the 10-inch full size mattress, and it expanded to its full shape within two days after unboxing. The surface feels smooth, and the firmness level is right in the middle, which gives enough support without feeling too hard. Lying on it, I can feel the memory foam contour slightly while the springs hold up evenly. It has good motion isolation, so turning over at night doesn’t disturb much. The height makes it look substantial on the bed frame.
