Very firm but comfortable and soft as well. I sleep great in this mattress and my body feels supported. This is a big, comfortable, bed. The best sleep I've had in about 3 months. Not too firm, not too bouncy, and didn't even sweat during the night. I'd buy another just to say I have 2 of them but I don't want anyone to miss out on it

I think quality and comfort as well as value of the bed is worth it! 4/5 because itโs more medium than medium firm. Basically itโs more on the plushy side. My husband sinks in a bit more to his liking but it still has support which is great. We waited 48 hours for it to fully expand and itโs a beautiful bed and our sleep quality was good so no complaints. I would recommend this bed.

With this mattress, you'll get a quality mattress at a discount price. It arrives in a box. Just watch out when you cut open the plastic packaging because it did send my husband flying, which caused me to laugh just a little bit, he was fine. It states to wait 48 hours for the bed to be fully expanded however it looked quite impressive within 10 minutes. No smell with this mattress, very pleased! This came packaged in a long box with the mattress rolled up along the long edge. Unboxing was a simple affair of cutting the box open, carefully (very important!) removing the plastic wrap bundling the mattress, and then placing the mattress on the bedframe and cutting the vacuum-sealed packaging open. Once you open the mattress to the air, the mattress will more or less instantly expand in height from about 2-3 inches tall to the full height. From that point, you can cut the remaining plastic off, and slide it out from beneath the mattress. The mattress compresses quite a lot when sitting on the edges, but laying on it, there are no issues. I would say it has a medium-firm feeling.
