I was skeptical at1st, since I've never had a bed in a box. But, I was completely enamoured with the setup process, which takes at least 2 ppl, but still pretty easy to do. We got a Queen size, 12in thick, medium soft, w/pillow top.Quality is well made. It's the 1st great sleep I've had in over 15yrs. This is the 1st mattress that finally works and caters to both our needs concerning pressure points. For the 1st time, the bed basically hugs and forms to my back and hips, so no more back pain! I have bursitis in my shoulders and can now sleep on my sides again with absolutely no pain and no more tossing and turning. The memory/foam/gel/cooling layers and pocketed springs were all important features we were looking for and not willing to settle for less. All these features have performed to everything we needed and were expecting. You can't feel or hear the springs in the mattress at all. Definitely not like your grandmother's old bed! The price was more than fair to pay to feel like you're sleeping on a fluffy cloud every night. Without a doubt, I would purchase another one if I ever needed to. If your mattress is keeping you up all night, this one is the solution to making you sleep like a baby.

The comfort is unbelievable especially for the price. I was not expecting such quality and comfort for the price. It's firm but yet still soft if that makes any sense. Alot heavier than expected, but I wasn't expecting such quality. Definitely a good purchase I would definitely recommend. If you're looking for a good mattress without breaking the bank this one is it for you.
