When I took it out of the box, I made sure to check for any weird chemical smell, and there was absolutely nothing. The setup was super easy, you just unbox it and let it do its thing. It was fully expanded and ready to go in about a day. Last night was my first time sleeping on it, and without that sinking feeling. It's medium firm, so it gives you just the right amount of support. It is SO comfortable. I woke up with zero back pain! My old hand me down mattress from my college days made my back ache every single morning. If you deal with any lower back stiffness or pain, this mattress is a game-changer. I can't recommend this mattress enough. The one I replaced was way more expensive and not even half as comfortable. Getting this for such a great price was just the icing on the cake.

It's a much good mattress for this price. The middle firm support my waist and back very well through the whole night so that I can sleep very well without any soreness. The touch is very soft and comfortable. When I move it into my room, it is very heavy which means it's sturdy and durable. I will recommend this mattress to my friends.

The mattress: Very disappointed. It did inflate immediately out of the box as expected which was good, but the perimeter of the mattress is very fragile and caves in immediately with any weight on it. If you sleep anywhere but the center of the bed it’s a hazard as you roll right off the bed. This is personal preference but for a medium firm mattress it is far too soft with no feeling of support you just keep sinking down. The customer service: I contacted the seller for a return/refund as there’s really no way I can sleep on this mattress without serious back pain. They told me it would cost too much to ship back and the best they could offer me was a 30% refund and told me to use that to buy something to reinforce the mattress. There is no way to reinforce it that makes it ideal. So not only am I out 70% of the cost of the mattress, I have to pay for the cost to dispose of it as well as the cost of a new mattress. I bought it because it was affordable for me, but after all of this the money I wasted I could have put towards a nicer mattress with a better return policy/guarantee. Would not recommend.
