I received my mattress on time. It’s was very heavy to bring in the house but I got it in. Once I put on bed frame it was easy to open. The mattress is more soft than I would like ( ordered a Medium firm), but it will do for a guest bedroom. Support is about a 4, firmness is about a 4 as well. Hoping this last for a few years.
