For the price, I can’t believe how comfy this mattress is! It is in-between a medium and firm mattress. The edges of the bed are a little soft, but as long as you are not a restless sleeper you should be fine. I did add a bamboo mattress topper just to give it a little more cushion.

This mattress falls somewhere between soft and medium in firmness. Based on the description, I thought it would be firmer. It has a nice, deep profile, so be sure to use deep-fitted sheets. For the price, it offers good value and seems like it will last, though my husband and I are on the smaller side. Setup was fairly easy—we cut the plastic while it was on the bed frame, and it expanded quickly (so be ready for that!). It was fully usable by the next day. However, after nearly three months, the corners still haven’t fully expanded, which is disappointing. Additionally, there is absolutely no edge support—I often feel like I could roll off too easily.

This mattress arrived in a very long narrow box. It's really heavy so I recommend getting a helper to get it inside and out of the box if possible. It's really tightly packaged in thick plastic. They were thoughtful enough to include a little tool to open the plastic up without damaging the mattress. Watching it expand was really cool. I waited the full 72 hours. This is replacing a nearly 20 year old mattress and I was so excited to try it out. The first night took a little getting used to. My last mattress was a pillow top but it was recommended to me that I get a firmer mattress for my back. I got more and more used to it every day and it's super comfortable to me now. The quality is great for a mattress in this price range. I stay in hotels and Airbnb's frequently so I'm used to sleeping on different mattresses. At some places I get a great night's sleep and at some I toss and turn. I'm so happy that my home mattress gives me a wonderful night's rest day after day. I have an 85 pound dog who likes to jump into bed when I'm sleeping and the mattress barely moves. I look forward to my cozy bed and don't miss my old mattress one bit. I've been mattress shopping a few times but could never fully commit. I'm so glad that the mattress I chose is so very nice. I've been sleeping on it for 2 months and it still looks and feels brand new. I'm a huge fan and would recommend this mattress if you want firmness with a little softness to sink into. Five stars!
