I ordered the 12inch full size hybrid mattress in the medium firmness option. It arrived compressed in a box, and once unwrapped it expanded within a few hours. The surface has a soft, quilted top layer that feels smooth when lying down. The combination of foam and pocket springs gives it a balanced feel, not too firm and not too soft. I can sit near the edge without feeling like it collapses too much. When turning at night, the mattress doesn’t bounce excessively. After sleeping on it for several nights, it feels supportive without being stiff. For a full size bed, it fits the frame well and looks neat once set up.

This mattress is so comfortable, would definitely recommend this brand and being that it is 14" it is super great and deluxe when it comes to comfort and support. I have never slept so peacefully and wake up refreshed. I wanted to give some time before I reviewed it so I could make sure that it was as comfortable as I thought over time and it is still such a great night sleep every time. I don't even want to get out of bed in the morning. I have it on a 10 inch platform frame and it is just the right height for me to get in and out of comfortably. This is medium firm so it is both soft and yet supportive at the same time, which is perfect since I have a bad back but can't stand sleeping on firm mattresses because it makes my back hurt more. This actually makes my back feel a bit better and able to sleep more comfortably through the night.

Been sleeping on this mattress and it's safe to say it's been amazing. I underwent spinal fusion about 5 years ago so my mattress is just not cutting it anymore. This is plush but also medium firm, giving both support and comfort for my back. The pocket spring and contouring comfort functionality feels great at night. I used to toss and turn very frequently at night but this has me in one spot for most of the night. I'm also a hot sleeper but this mattress does not trap tons of heat. You can't really feel the springs when moving. You can hear them when you jump on them, but to me I don't even notice it. It came in rolled up and extremely compressed. But once you remove the plastic, this mattress instantly expands. It says to wait for 72 hours but I used it in about 48 hours. The picture I have is from when I opened it and waiting for it to expand. I would suggest making it expand already in the bed frame, unlike me who had to carry it out upstairs. It's very heavy so keep that in mind. Overall, I have to rate this 5 stars. There were virtually no cons in my opinion. It was quite the opposite actually. I can't say enough about this mattress and I honestly recommend it.
