This is going to be a technical review and I have included several pictures. Quick Review: it's actually 11" and NOT 12", but it's otherwise a very high quality feeling mattress and it's VERY comfortable! Perfect for a guest room especially for the price. Now if you want to see my technical review please keep reading The mattress comes in a VERY compact rectangular box. Makes it very easy to bring it inside your home through your doors. However, do NOT be fooled, it is very heavy. You can see I put it on a scale and it weighs 73.2lbs for the Queen 12" mattress. You may need someone else to help you carry it or you can easily do it with a dolly / hand truck. After you remove the box you will see that the mattress comes rolled up in a vacuum sealed bag. It is VERY vacuum sealed and super squished!, but don't worry. They include a letter opener which you can use to open bag without accidentally damaging the mattress. Do NOT use a blade as you may accidentally cut the mattress itself. After you cut open the bag it will start reinflating and regain it's shape. You're supposed to let it sit a few days for it to completely un-compress but it will look like a regular bed in moments. I waited a few days and measured it but unfortunately it's really a 11" mattress and not 12" like I stated in the title., so I'm knocking it down a star. However, despite this it's still a very elegant looking mattress. It's also REALLY comfortable and squishy despite being a spring mattress. I bought this for a guest room and I'm super happy for what you get for the price! Having the mattress come inside a vacuum sealed box makes it really easy to get it inside the room you need it in. You really can't go wrong. Hope this review helped :)

Didn't take long to expand, more comfy than expected. Fits my 6 foot 19 year fine. Great buy, I purchased a full size for my daughter as well. No smell, packaged well, quick delivery. Very simple to set up. Good quality. This was a 10 inch, didn't actually measure it but seems pretty thick.

I have bought 3 beds from this brand and I love them all I wouldn't recommend you get a firm one because there is literally no give to it. However I bought the medium and it was perfect. Guests remark how well they sleep. I have had one on my bed for 2 years now and it's still new and comfortable. I like this brand and you can't get a better mattress in a box.

This is the first mattress I’ve bought in 10 years and first I’ve purchased online so I was a bit nervous! I like a soft mattress but I’m getting older and need some good support now too. This mattress is the perfect combination of supportive and cushiony! I think this would be a great mattress for any comfort preference. Amazing quality for the price! Do note that it takes 72 hours to fully expand once you cut the vacuum seal.

I recently purchased this mattress, and I have to say, it’s been quite the experience—just not the one I was hoping for! Just be careful about the edges of the mattress they are not very sturdy and a bit of a design flaw. Make sure to sit completely on the bed or you can slide off. However, when the bed is completely made its more durable. On the plus side, right out of the box, the mattress had a luxurious feel, and the plush top promised a cozy night’s sleep. I did appreciate the cooling feature—it’s great for hot sleepers. In summary, the Slippery Slide Mattress offers comfort and cooling but lacks stability on the edges. If you enjoy sleeping on the edge (literally), this might be the mattress for you. Otherwise, it was a soft mattress and good value, I am using it for a guest room.

The first thing I noticed when I laid on the bed is the lack of support on the edging. I can easily roll off the bed. Kind of hard to sleep on when there's 2 people (or more) on the bed. BUT when sleeping alone and I'm laying in the middle of the bed, it's super comfortable. I somewhat hoped that there would be more firmness, but it's okay. The quality is good overall for the price in getting a mattress in a box. It was super quick to open and fluffed up fast. I was able to set up my new bedding easily. I'm curious to see how long durability will last. I'll come back to update as time goes by.
