This is a great mattress it nearly killed my back until I got about two bed padding kind of things on top. The bed frame 18 inches tall it comes up to my hips I literally climb up in the bed my husband jumps in to the bed like a penguin. I did get a bed that is lower to the ground and when my husband is up to it and he feels better we're stretching them out but all the mattress is wonderful but just get you a good topper and maybe even a topper on top of that one if you can't handle firm

This mattress replaced one that was $1000 more expensive, but blew it away. My daughter was complaining how uncomfortable her old mattress was and now I can’t get her out of bed. This mattress is extremely comfortable and I would highly recommend it. We have had it for six months now and it is still just as comfortable!

I was very surprised by the fast shipping. It arrived a week before it was supposed to. Within minutes of opening the plastic, it went right to size. It is the correct size and thickness. The mattress is a little heavy but I put it on my bed by myself and had very little trouble. The one thing I will note is that it is a very firm mattress. The description says medium to firm but it’s very firm. I don’t mind how firm it is but others may have a problem. There is no sagging when going to lean on it or while sitting on the side either. Very good mattress just not as advertised in terms of firmness.

I bought this mattress because I just bought a new bed set and I needed a bigger mattress for it. I slept at my cousins recently and the mattress was SO comfortable, & when I asked where she got it she sent me the link to this mattress. She told me to make sure I don’t select the “firm” option because she didn’t get the firm one. So I didn’t. I’m not sure if I got the wrong mattress or if they changed something since she bought hers, but this is EXTREMELY firm. I just woke up from my first night sleeping on it and my back is hurting really bad. I’m going to give it a few more nights but I’m really disappointed and there’s no way to contact the seller.

It says to wait 72hrs until full expansion but tbh I think 24hrs is really all you need. Do be careful when unwrapping the bed because it will fly open due to the bed springs. It’s a little to soft to my liking but still a good bed.
