This is my initial review after setting it up. For the price point I think this is a really good mattress. Obviously it won’t be as luxurious as an $800 mattress but its quite comfortable with a medium/firm feel. I got it for my teen daughter and she loves it so far. After taking it out of the vacuum seal it re-inflated rather quickly and I walked around the edges tugging up slighting to help it reach its full potential. It doesn’t have any bad smells and looks nice. I would definitely buy it again. We’ll see how it lasts after a few months and if needed I will update my review but as of now we are very happy with it.

I purchased this Queen 12-inch Cooling Gel Hybrid Mattress for my granddaughter, and after a week of use, she absolutely loves it! The medium firm support is just right—not too hard, not too soft. She lives in a very warm climate and has mentioned several times how cool and comfortable she feels throughout the night, no complaints of overheating. The mattress was easy to unpack, and expanded to full size in no time. Overall, this mattress has exceeded our expectations without breaking the bank.

The mattress is good quality. Nice fabric. Handles sewn into the sides for carrying. It is on the firm side, but the pillow top adds enough softness to make it very comfortable. It arrived quickly (ahead of schedule by a couple of days) and in good shape. Packaging was minimal and it was easy to 'unwrap'. They even included a tool for cutting open the vacuum sealed plastic. We let it expand and air out for the recommended 72 hours. There were no bad smells during the expansion time. My wife and I both find it very comfortable and have had no issues with back or shoulder pains. Overall, we are very happy with our new mattress and would recommend it to anyone.

Mattress is way too flimsy....slides around very easily....started sagging on first night. Not comfortable. I allowed it over 72 hours to fluff up before using. Claims to have 100 night trial and I have given it less than a month. It isn't getting any better....worse and I am having a very difficult time in the return process....Amazon requires it to be in a box and it is hard to find a way to contact Huwesal support. I cannot recommend this mattress...if you are looking for comfort and stability, might want to give this one a pass.
