This mattress is incredibly comfortable and perfectly firm, just the way I like it. It provides great support without feeling too hard, and I’ve been sleeping like a baby since the first night. One thing to note: the box is very heavy. Definitely plan to have someone help you carry it inside. But once it’s unpacked and fully expanded, it’s totally worth the effort. Gifted to my daughters for Christmas...They Love, Love their new mattress...highly recommend...very comfortable for medium firmness and looks and sleeps comfortably from what they tell me, wish I had ordered 2. I had been dealing with back/hip pain for a while. I thought it was just because I am in my 40's and this is how it was going to be. Honestly, it had been 10+ years since I bought my mattress so I knew it was time to get something new. I had a plush mattress before, but had slept on firmer mattresses at AirBNB's and hotels and slept way better than I normally do. I have some friends who have a hybrid mattress and love it so I decided to get this one. It was awkward AF trying to get it up stairs at my apartment since is weights 80+ lbs. Once I got it to my place, it was time to open it. I can tell you it was NOT packaged like the video on the description page. Mine was in the "saran wrap" only so it opened up, fast and furious, when I cut the wrap. Luckily nothing and no one was in the way. I got the 12" mattress, when it opened up originally it was 10" and only took about 24 hrs to expand to the full 12". There was no smell to it. It has handles so it was extremely easy to move. The first night I slept on it I woke up with absolutely no pain. It was such a weird feeling since I have hurt for YEARS. (Why the heck did I wait so long!) I have been sleeping on this for about a month now and am extremely happy with my purchase. It is firm but has enough give for side sleepers. I have "bed rotted" for an entire Sunday with no issues. 100% recommend ... show more

I bought this mattress about 3 weeks ago, honestly thinking about returning it. The quality for the price makes sense. The quality of the bed isn’t good, the fabric is a rough to me looks cheap vs what’s shown on the picture. laying on the bed hasn’t been pleasant. If you do not like firm beds this ain’t for you! It has given me back pain since using it when before I never had this issue. I’ve had placed orders for other mattresses for my kids should have gotten that one instead. But if you’re thinking of buying this maybe don’t 😂 and go with another brand and pay extra . ... show more
