Bike looks better than the picture. Fits perfectly with room to grow for my 11 year old grand daughter. She loves it and her dad put it together quickly. The birthday girl is happy. Some delayed shipping, but ok since busy time of year.

UPDATE - The seller and I were able to reach an agreement to refund us our money. We appreciate the quick customer service to resolve our experience. I have moved the review stars from 1 to 3. I wish I could leave negative review for this bike. Christmas gift for my grandson. In the middle of my son and husband putting it together they figured out the instructions did not match the model bike we had. Nothing available online either. The brakes never worked. Then while attempting to return the bike we found out the return fee is double the bike price. Just horrible. I'm now stuck with a bike that I now have to pay someone to put together.
