Well, let me tell you, when this Ruoysun King Size Mattress arrived, it looked less like a majestic sleep surface and more like a tightly wound, vacuum-sealed pancake. My first thought was, "Is this it? Did I order a giant communion wafer?" But no, the instructions clearly stated: "Allow 72 hours for full inflation." Seventy-two hours! That's three days of staring at a gradually puffing rectangle, wondering if it would ever achieve its promised regal stature. It felt like watching a very slow-motion balloon animal come to life. Indeed, we even had Alexa set a timer on our Echo for its grand reveal! The Waiting Game, and the Glorious Payoff During those 72 painstaking hours, I swear I saw it breathe. Each morning, it seemed a little fuller, a little more confident. It was like a shy, compressed creature slowly emerging from its chrysalis. I admit, there were moments of doubt. Would it be lumpy? Would it ever truly be "12 inches" of glorious foam? But, like a proud parent watching their child grow, I persevered. And then, the magic happened. After precisely three days (give or take a few minutes for dramatic effect), it was there: a magnificent, fully inflated, unbelievably comfortable mattress. Lying down on it for the first time was like bouncing on a springy cloud made of dreams and good intentions. The support is incredible, hugging every curve without feeling stifling, while still offering a delightful, responsive bounce. This is a great mattress for the price. We were in a pinch and needed a mattress replacement so after reading a few reviews we went with this one. This hybrid mattress has traditional coils on the bottom half, and a thick memory foam layer on top. The mattress arrived pressed and and vacuum sealed, so lay it and unroll it on the bed for ease. I can honestly say it is such fun to watch this mattress take in air and decompress itself. It seemed full after about an hour after unwrapping, but we followed the recommendations of allowing it 48 hours to fully inflate. The mattress reached 16.5 inches in depth after fully inflating. The mattress is firm but comfortable, with the memory foam top providing "customized" comfort for each body type. It is worth mentioning that the other person's movements are hardly felt/ noticeable, which makes this mattress a winner in my book! On the down side, the edges of the mattress are kind of "soft", so when you sit on the edge of the bed you feel like you're slipping off; this is is a minor issue, in my book, but worthy to note in the event you are an edge of the bed sleeper.

The mattress was not as described. It is not comfortable at all, not firm, and arrived with a broken corner. I decided to buy it because of the positive reviews, but unfortunately, they were misleading. The mattress is also extremely heavy. I bought it three days ago and waited the full 72 hours before using it, but the quality is very disappointing. Please see the attached photos for reference.

I was skeptical about buying this, but the reviews were pretty good, and the price was right, so after much thinking I decided to go ahead and buy this mattress. After opening it and letting it transform for 3 days (we were busy, and this was the earliest we could get back to it) we set the bed up. It is high, 14 inches is really high but it is very comfortable. There was no odor like we had been warned it may have. One of the main reasons I bought this mattress was the weight limitations.... most of the others were giving a much smaller number for the weight restriction and I wanted to make sure I had one with a better limit just in case. We have had this for a few weeks now and currently no complaints. I think we made a solid purchase and highly recommend it!

The mattress is high and easy to manuver. My only complaint is that I bought a firm mattress for my back and this pillowtop is medium at best. No back issues so far. Fingers crossed🤞🏽
