I researched a long time on Amazon and other retail sites for a bed frame that suited my criteria. It had to be the right size of a twin bed, be light enough to be moveable away from a wall to change sheets, but strong or sturdy enough to hold potentially more than 250 lbs, as a guest bed. I narrowed the selections to 3 and decided on this one. It took only an hour to assemble. What the manufacturer (China) didn’t add in the directions, is to also have a hammer and pliers handy. Most of the pieces fit well, but one was not perfect, so it took a bit of hammering to secure together, but there was no damage, to make sure two parts fit. Pliers, to hold the bolt, when you tightened the screws with the provided Allen wrench. All finished, the bed was exactly as the photo indicated and met the criteria in the item’s description. We had a half of a single-sized trundle bed, with a steel frame that weighed over 50lbs and the steel had oxidized over 35 years. This new bed frame has been a great replacement. I don’t often write 5-star reviews, but choosing this bed frame was a challenging decision, and as it turned out, the one I was glad I made for this product.

This bed shipped & arrived quickly. When opening and sorting the box out. The step by step Directions & all pieces & parts were included. Including 3 little tools all fasteners, nuts & bolts with extra Spares on nuts & bolts. Took me about an hour to assemble by myself. Appears sturdy.

This bed frame is made of garbage metal (not the fun kind with guitars and long hair) It was a nightmare to assemble because all the screw holes are warped and misshapen making it a struggle to screw the parts in. It feels loose even when screwed securely together. The metal is pliable and feels like it would straight up snap apart if I leaned into it enough. There’s a reason this thing costs 70 bucks, because it’s actual trash that’s worth much less. Do yourself a favor, shell out an extra 100 bucks or so and get a real bed frame. You get what you pay for, and I payed for garbage. Don’t do the same.
