Easily assembles. Perfectly fits box spring up to 84” wide. Frame has extra support that other similar models don't have making it more stable. Photo above is of a non-standard 82” boxspring which can still be supported by all the cross bracing.

I didn't feel comfortable not knowing what the copper colored paint was that got all over my hands while assembling these brackets. Maybe wear gloves when assembling.

I've found this product to be highly effective in securing my mattress, ensuring it stays in place and doesn't shift during the night. However, my experience with mattress toppers has been a bit different. The topper tends to slide around, requiring readjustment every morning. It's important to note that this product isn't specifically designed for toppers, so it wouldn't be fair to criticize it for not addressing a function it wasn't intended for. When used with mattresses, this product is exceptional. It maintains a sleek appearance, avoiding the institutional look of a hospital railing, which was a concern of mine initially. You have to remove the product when changing sheets, this is to be expected and doesn't diminish its overall quality.
