EDIT... After reaching out to the supplier, they are shipping me new replacement parts. Their communication was on point. I would buy it again from this company! This needed some assembly space but we made it work. Everything was labeled good and easy to follow instructions. It was when we were putting the frame section onto the main hinge. The boards broke loose from the frame but we couldn’t go back due to the weight and awkwardness. We continued to put it all together. My mattress we had was 13” thick so we had to order a new one. I went with an 8”foam and it just came in. I’m thinking because of the break from the frame is why we have 2 problems… the bed won’t lie flat. Like it’s a v shape and we had to put some weights to get it to stay down. Second thing is when we close it up, it drags on one corner where we have to force it closed and the cabinets won’t open either. I’m really bummed because we spent a lot of money for it to just fall apart during installation.

all 4 boxes arrived together and no damage to contents. took about 5 hours to assemble but everything works and looks as described.

Fiber board was not strong enough to hold screws in for the frame. When assembling the frame and door, screws were stripped out of the particle board. The doors feel off and I had to redrill holes. Pilot holes for doors were poor quality and difficult to get straight enough to close the door fully and some holes were misaligned. I should have paid extra to get better quality. Took us 10 hours to assemebled and it was a nightmare.
