My name is Misty Diaz. I have a disability called spina bifida I am unable to pedal on a bike so I wanted to get an E bike. I live here in the south Bay area of Los Angeles and everyone has an E bike and I have two little dogs and I wanted to put a trailer onto the E bike and it works like magic. The seller was really responsive. My original chair that came with. It was a little ripped and they immediately sent me a brand new one so huge thank you for that quick response. I don’t pedal so I use full hand throttle, which is very similar to my hand controls on my car so I got it down asap. I go to the beach and back which is about 3 miles away and I’m able to do that a couple of times without having to recharge. But I don’t go super far and sometimes we just throwing the dogs in the back. I’ll just go up and down the street. I do wish the seat was a little bit more comfortable so I have to add like a blanket or something on there to make it more comfortable. I wish they made E bikes with like actual seats, but they don’t for my understanding. The turn radius is great. You just cut a lean in a little bit, the bumps aren’t as hard. The shocks are pretty good. The brakes work wonderful.

The trike is good for the price. Quality is not great. I have issues with the controls. Very hard to regulate the speed when you want to peddle. Too heavy to peddle without electric assist and it is very difficult to set it up with both peddle and assist.

My wife loves it. I cannot say enough about the quality. I'm not too sure about all the folding sanctions on it.As we would never fold her, she rides it all the time. it was difficult to line the handlebars up with the front tire. It just never seems like it is straight on. And solid, again, too many connections to fold it, take away the glamour of a beautiful bike

This bike was easy to put together. Built well, very sturdy and a good buy for the money. I would recommend it to anyone. It has a lot of power and so much fun to ride. Surprisingly, it arrived a week early and was packed very well with no damage.

The bike says it is foldable but we can't even get it to close together. The pieces are too tight. We bought two of them and the first we had to place against a wall and pound and pound to get it to go together. Mine won't even close like promised. I bought it specifically to be able to take on trips and it does not fold. Worst is it takes two people to unbox because of how heavy it is and the other pieces jigsawed in there to where you almost scratch the bike because it won't unbox. Pieces are stuck. I can't return because there is no way i can get that heavy box and all the pieces that have been crammed in the box like a puzzle back together. Buyer beware this is not as promised a folding trike that you can put together yourself.
