It came two days earlier than expected. It was simple to put to gether some of the assembly you needed to watch a video like where the light goes. The motor has a pep to it which I like needs to switch out the brakes for hydraulic brakes for better stopping power. Great bike for beginners without breaking the bank ... show more

Had this bike five days and got an error code, the bike shuts down all the time. Contacted customer support, explained what was going on, we did some troubleshooting and he took my info for someone to email me. I did not hear anything so I called again, then someone reached out requesting photos so I sent what they asked for. Then they wanted videos so I followed what they said sent the videos and error codes that came up and I still have not heard anything. I did let them know since there were error codes and the bike shuts down that I would not feel comfortable taking the bike apart to add new parts if that what was needed to be replaced. (they mentioned a controller.) still have not heard anything so now I have asked for full refund. I’m still waiting to hear back from them two weeks still nothing. I even asked for a replacement. Nothing Update —- I finally had someone reach out to me who said the problem was the motor, not the controller. But the part I needed was out of stock. They didn’t know when they would receive it. I let them know with all these issues I felt it was not a safe bike and would like a refund. After sometime again they said they would send me a new bike, all I had to do was the send the old one back. Which would have been fine except they never sent a return label or any information to return it. I finally was an able to get a full refund through Amazon. The brake went bad after a month, but took it to mechanic and repaired. I think any bikes brakes may face such a situation. I think it is worth it for the price. You get what you pay.

This bike is very solid, it rides good and fast. It accelerates very quickly and goes up hills quickly. The battery lasts me about 5-7 miles. My only issue is that the front brake doesn’t work.
