It came two days earlier than expected. It was simple to put to gether some of the assembly you needed to watch a video like where the light goes. Had this bike five days and got an error code, the bike shuts down all the time. Contacted customer support, explained what was going on, we did some troubleshooting and he took my info for someone to email me. I did not hear anything so I called again, then someone reached out requesting photos so I sent what they asked for. Then they wanted videos so I followed what they said sent the videos and error codes that came up and I still have not heard anything. I did let them know since there were error codes and the bike shuts down that I would not feel comfortable taking the bike apart to add new parts if that what was needed to be replaced. (they mentioned a controller.) still have not heard anything so now I have asked for full refund. I’m still waiting to hear back from them two weeks still nothing. I even asked for a replacement. Nothing ... show more

The brake went bad after a month, but took it to mechanic and repaired. I think any bikes brakes may face such a situation. I think it is worth it for the price. You get what you pay.

Great fast bike, but lacks power to climb steep hills. I was able to ride it at 28 mph on flats, but on really steep hills (30 degrees) i was lucky to get even 10 mph even with pedaling. The controller or motor seemed geared for speeds, and not torque. That being said..the bike has good steel frame and a lot of potential to be upgraded to 60 volts/200o watt controller. I have a lot of plan with this beautiful frame. It is not everyday you see a bicycle that looks like a bicycle and comes with a carbon steel frame. I love it. I have upgrade to Ultraverse tires. The tires that come with it is relatively thin and may be puncture prone, but it is not too bad if you just casually ride around town. The bikes comes with a nice Hailong Integrated sinewave controller and looks sleek. I removed all the Qlife logos and made it my own. This is really qualiy bike you get without paying an arm and a let + plus it looks like a real bicycle rather than a moped. Cheers. ... show more
