I got this mattress on Tuesday, so it hasn’t been 72 hours yet. I waited a little over 24 hours and it expanded to 11 inches. I slept on it for the time last night and it felt comfortable but a bit bouncy, however it wasn’t too bouncy and still felt stable. I didn’t feel the coils at all when I slept and I didn’t feel disturbed, overall for the price I feel like it’s a good mattress!

Seems like a great mattress to sleep on. However, don't be fooled by all the videos that show slow inflation of this mattress. There's a caveat - you need to cut the plastic off of the coiled system ONE LAYER AT A TIME. Our box came with no labels, no instructions, and a tightly wrapped compressed mattress. (Hubby said it reminded him of a dead seal in burial clothes) He used the included "letter opener" type knife and cut all the layers of plastic at one time - IT EXPLODED open! LOL! Fortunately, we had placed it on the frame and it was an "instant" installation! They really should warn you. Cut the plastic wrapping holding the compressed mattress one layer at a time and it will probably go well. In the end, we love the mattress and would recommend it to others!
