My 13 year old tortured me for months about an E-Bike. He was looking at bikes for over $4,000 because he said they were quality. Ummm, you're 13 and I'm not buying you a bike that expensive. My husband found Spark on Amazon and thank God. This bike is so well made and is really great looking. It can go upto 36 mph. There's also an app that can unlock the speed to make it go faster, we are not doing that right now, lol. It was at our doorstep in 3 days! We chose the double battery model for longer battery life and it barely needs to be charged. Although this bike wasn't cheap, it is worth every penny! My son is super happy with it! ... show more

the bikes amazing its crazy quick its the best bang for your buck, i got up to 38 flat ground throttle only (I weigh 120) it also looks amazing plus the range is really good throttle only on flat ground i got like 35-40 miles of range i highly recomend suplurging and buying the dual battery one if u have the extra cash. The seats really comfy the only thing is u can really only fit one person but other then that if its just you its crazy comfortbol like i stated before i rode like 35-40 miles and my butt didnt hurt at all. it took me like 1-2 hours to build it overall it was really quick and easy to build. one thing to note it that the back tire pops really easily i highly recomend putting slime or something to help prevent that. i took the headlight off cause i wasent the biggest fan of it but i mean it does have a horn which is sick. if you ever need to take the light off these are the steps 1 locate the 3 bolts holding on the rear shock cover on the right 2 use a provied allen key to take it off 3 take off the upper battery 4 grab yourself a 10mm cresent wrench or if you have it a 10mm socket and a ratchet wrench the ratchet wrech for sure makes it easy 5 take off the 4 10mm bolts holding the seat on 6 take the seat off by pushing backwards then up on it 7 snip any zip ties holding the cables on (make sure you have replacment zip ties cause you need to replace them when your done) 8 trace the headlight wire back to the controler under the seat 9 unplug it 10 do everything i stated prior to put it back together. ... show more

First of all the cons Bike frame has damage from shipping (see pics) Not just light scuffs, like down to metal and I’m a little afraid of future rust and such. I guess it’s not a huge deal just would like it to be new when I spent almost $1,000 on a new unit Pros Obviously just got the bike and will update in a few months but this thing is awesome! Hoping to change this after we get some product support. The front wheel mount appears to have been built incorrectly. On one side, it has a slightly curved piece welded on, and on the other it has a perfectly straight piece in the same position. This resulted in the packaging/transport bolt being bent in order to place it. This bike shouldn’t have passed a QA inspection with the bent bolt. And of course, my son was so excited to put this together and be able to ride it today. So, not only do we have to navigate whatever return/replacement looks liked but I’m navigating a major teenager emotional reaction (other things go into the intensity of the reaction). Such a bummer that it wasn’t a more pleasant experience. There may also be a problem with the fender fitting under the second battery on the dual battery version of the bike. After it was installed, the fender was scratching the battery, and making it difficult to turn the handles. ... show more

I purchase this ebike for my grandson. A couple of days later the controler went out. I've been working with customer support to get a replacement for a couple of weeks....only time will tell
