This is my second Qlife Cityone e-bike. They are excellent e-bikes, especially for shorter and/or older people. I originally bought this e-bike in October 2025 for my wife (5'7") after she kept having trouble comfortably getting on and off a mountain bike styled e-bike. My 12 year old daughter is about 5'1 or 5'2" was also able to easily get on and off this bike without issues. They were both able to ride this e-bike comfortably, so we ended up buying a second Qlife Cityone e-bike in July 2026. They both love the e-bike and prefer the thumb-push throttle, rather than the grip-twist throttle. Controls/display are straight forward and easy to use. We have 104 miles on the blue bike and 41 miles on the white bike. They seem be well built and are better for riding on paths or compacted trails, but not in loose sand. The battery life seems good as we have not had either die on us while riding. I have four e-bikes, and the Qlife Cityone e-bikes are my first repeat purchase. These e-bikes are much lighter than my other e-bikes. I like how the battery locks into the bike, as compared to my other two e-bikes that slide onto the main beam. Purchases for the wife. It has a nice step through frame to easily get on and off the bike. It's a good bike. As a family we ebike the neighborhood maybe 4x a week. To keep things in perspective this is more of a cruiser. Chill ebike. Not a speed demon. Not designed for off-road. This is ideal for neighborhood cruises, boardwalks and trips to the local ice cream shop. If you want a very affordable "chill" ride bike this is for you. Highly recommended. ... show more

The bike looks nice, the silver color looks even better in person. It went together easily, and charged right up. It's easy to ride. The adjustable handlebars make it nicer to sit more upright. It seems to be a quality bike.

This is my first E-Bike and I love it. The quality for the price is really good. Battery has lasted for over 30 miles and I still have 3 bars. I usually ride with 1 assist, sometimes 2. I used it on an 3 once and 16 mph was plenty fast for me. Overall I’m so happy with this purchase.

Great bike I love this bike. It's very cute I love my pink bike. I love the fact that I can manually ride it which is what I mostly do, I can use petal assist, or if I'm tired I can full throttle it. The battery like is great I've only charged it once science I've gotten it. Granted I don't use it in full throttle, but I do use PA to get of the hills. I ride about 6 miles a day. It's very comfortable to the knees, arms, and butt lol! It's durable, and the speed is just right for my needs ... show more

A couple of areas to bot fenders were no properly threaded and had to be tapped to accept screws that came with the bike

Great bike for the cost - we have 3 in my house. Fast speedy delivery and easy directions. Size is perfect for my 12 year old that rides it to school each morning, with the battery holding a good charge. We like the multiple gear settings so it goes the speed he is comfortable with, the settings can get adjusted as you are riding it and the motor picks up when pedaling gets harder.
