The media could not be loaded. My grandson was very excited when he first received his gift. I finally put the gift together. He wrote it one time and when it was time for me to charge it, I charged it up and it never came back on. He never took it outside to ride it. He only wrote it in the house so he don’t understand why it’s messed up. He’s only four years old so if it’s possible, can somebody contact me about the situation?

Pros - non intimidating for new riders. Light, east to move. Cute. Possibly a good intermediate step for 3yr old who will graduate to something a little faster and heavier. Kid does not want to ride a bike but loves this, many smiles. Cons - wheel spacers were ~ 6 mm too long and had to be cut down to get the front wheel to fit. Build quality is not the best (of course). The power (gas?) button is incredibly large/cumbersome and doesn't allow a small child to hold onto the handlebar while pushing it to go forward, potential safety issue. Will be replacing it with something else.

Slow for a 5 year old. Poor advertising of the ages. No 5 year old wants to ride on something so slow! I do not recommend for the age group advertised. Maybe a 2 year old.
