I purchased the teal color and it’s very pretty. They are ok but since the price was right for my immediate needs I could get past the fact that the bath towels are not very absorbent and feel wet getting dressed. Not sure how long they will hold up because they already have big snags.

These towels are thick and so soft. They were a bit linty for the first couple of washes, but that has stopped. They soak up water fairly well and don't take a long time to dry after use. I would by them again.

Got a set of these (Utopia) to replace some 20+ year old towels (Cannon Royal Family) that started fading and had some minor fraying just beginning. After just a few months of using these "new" Utopia towels, there are already some loops and edges fraying that didn't show up in the older (other brand) towels for over 15 yrs. I'm disappointed with the quality of the Utopia towels. Not that fraying won't happen, just not within the 1st year of use. Perhaps it is a matter of taste, but the density of the loops in the Utopia towels are noticeably thicker and it feels like they don't dry as well. They are more "plush" feeling, but don't grab the water like the older Cannon towels. If I was mostly happy with the older towels, why replace them? Had some important house guests coming, so I wanted some fresh, new, towels. Also the Cannon wash cloths were clearly in need of replacement. Found a reputable review site that said the Utopia towels were a good value, so watched for a good price for a few months before seeing a good price. I have to say, the Utopia wash cloths ARE excellent - well, so far. As with many long term purchases. The true value of these towels cannot really be judged after just 1 yr. 10 yrs from now, we will have more real-world data for judgement.
