    • Breaks very easily
This thing broke within 10 minutes of being out the box and then couldn’t be played. The smallest slightest drop to the counter made it lose the ability to see the screen. It had a lot of options for games but they were hard to navigate for younger kids too.

I'm very satisfied with this. Cons: It's too light/small, the buttons and sticks are so so, and the battery life is about 3-4 hours. Games are listed by title, but no images. I can't figure out how to add MAME roms. The quality of the screen isn't great. Pros: The game selection is large, decently curated, and alphabetical. Everything is spelled correctly. Adding roms is as simple as dragging and dropping a file. I added a bunch of games and didn't have to use a memory card (there's like a gig and a half free, which is plenty for GBA or SNES games), which was nice. I did use a memory card to create a directory of games for my kid and was able to dropped a mixed lot of roms from different consoles in a single folder. Each games gets three save slots that can be accessed at any time. I haven't run into any issues with the firmware, emulators, or roms. Came with a usb cord and a pair of earbuds. The media could not be loaded. A very hilarious tiny handheld console but it does runs most retro games pretty well. There are a lot of YouTube videos about this kind of devices that will help you get informed before making a purchase decision and learn what you can actually do with them. At least in Amazon this is one of the cheapest with fast and secure delivery. They do go cheaper on other websites though. All the buttons feels good and sturdy also the plastic doesn't feel cheap. It is surprisingly loud which is nice to enjoy those retro songs. Overall it's a nice charming device to have if you want a quick retro gaming session anywhere. ... show more

I’m not gonna lie but the emulation isn’t that bad. The screen quality is pretty good and the games play well. My main criticism is the battery life. The battery drains rather quickly and there are certain games that don’t even work. I tried booting up Yoshi’s Island and it wouldn’t start up. I mainly got it to play GBA games and so far I like it. Overall, not a bad device but if you’re purely interested in only GBA or GBC then this device is worth it. ... show more

This lil device surprised me with what it can play, even N64 games like Mario Kart 64. The battery life cud be better, but its a really cool & budget friendly gaming device to have on the go. I like the fact that u can keep adding more games & the controller feels good to (not cheap). I do recommend if ur looking for a budget retro gaming device. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. There is a variety of games from different console formats like Playstation and Gameboy. Screen quality is great. My only concern would be the volume but there's a headphone jack so you can plug your own headset it.
