Had it for 24 hours before I couldn't wait any longer to try it. Plusses...inexpensive, fast, light, nice rubbery cord that's long enough, all stainless interior, feet for stability, outside doesnt get crazy hot. Minuses...bulky and takes a lot of room because it bakes 12 inch pizzas, no shutoff timer...its just a rotary chime type, and the only real reason it's a 4 not 5...no indicator light for when it gets to temperature. It would cost about 10 cents to have a heating indicator added to production during manufacture. There is no simple way to tell it is at full preheat at 512F. You can turn it in and guess it's hot in 10 or 15 mins...or feel the analog temperature selector click. It SHOULD BE INCLUDED. We watched a few YouTube videos for pointers before starting. We used King Arthur Pizza flour...Amazon, chopped peppers and onions, Classico pre-made sauce , fresh mozzarella, self shredded romano, and small pieces of uncooked bacon. No spices or extra oil other than the crust edges. We were absolutely BLOWN AWAY. We are pizza snobs and this was the best pizza we ever ate. It would cost $20 to buy at a good takeout. IF you have the space it's idiot proof. I had a pizza stone and used it inside...great idea. Parchment paper when rolling out the risen dough is VERY helpful and doesn't burn on the stone. This is a BIG item and takes space. If you LOVE pizza...you will covet it. Making the dough and rolling out can be replaced by store ready to use...but we didn't. There is no end to the combinations you can make. I told my precocious 8 year old grandson Isaac that we are making pizza the next time he comes for the day. It couldn't be simpler...dont hesitate to buy this if you have the storage space. Really... ... show more

Pizza oven arrived and set up was super easy, just one philips head screw. Build quality seems on point as the unit feels very well constructed using quality materials. I love the black color of this pizza oven and that fits better with the stylings of my kitchen. I like that it has temperature controls and an on off switch. Only cooked one pizza so far but the oven cooked evenly and came out as good as I could hope for. Thanks ... show more

Reasonably priced, commercial quality. Great for a bar or food truck. I use it at home and very happy. It gets hot enough to cook a pizza quick. Maybe 5-6 minutes for thin crust and about 12-15 for Pan Pizza. (havent tried frozen yet) Temperature numbering is a little odd but not really an issue. Two tips. Rotate your pizzas, and use fork or roller to indent fresh dough for a better rise. Recommend the oven. ... show more

I’ve had other ovens, after using this one, I realize they were far lesser quality. Crust cooks great, even a thicker cheese heavy pizza (I’m from WI) gets cooked through! We bought this for our cabin, I am looking for space at home for one now, too!

We never make pizza in anything other than a pizza oven. Ours died and that model is no longer available. This one is somewhat of an upgrade as it has a power switch and the overall design is an improvement. The only thing that I did not like is the handle is 'fixed' whereas our old one the handle flipped up for easier storage. Good news is that I still had the handle from the old oven and it fit perfectly onto this new oven. ... show more
