This warmer is so reliable and easy to set up and use. The food is easy to serve with the roll top lid. No mess. My guess were so impressed. The only negative, the lid is plastic and not that sturdy. It can crack easily if not handled carefully. Other than this, the warmer does a super fantastic job of easily serving and keeping your food items hot. Love it!

I gave this 5 stars based on my first and only time using it. It worked perfectly. I set the temp to 115 and it kept our pasta warm, at an outdoor setting, for hours (until I turned it off). But by far, my favorite part of this item is the lid. I hate going through buffet lines and trying to find a spot to set a lid that comes completely off. This one folds back nicely, no need to remove it.

I cater events and have used this electric chafing dish at my last 4 catering pop-up gigs. Oh WOW, it made the entire process incredibly efficient and hassle-free. I was pleased with the quick heating feature. Within minutes, the chafing dish reached the perfect serving temperature, ensuring that my dishes were always served piping hot. The adjustable temperature control is another standout feature. It allows me to precisely regulate the heat, ensuring that delicate dishes stay warm without overcooking. This is always a concern for me. I definitely will be buying more of this electric chafing dish. Another thing is the see-thru cover was very useful - it kept the food covered but was also clear enough for the customers to see the food. That was a plus.

I like to host large gatherings and I was looking for a good warming dish. I didn't want to deal with open flames and I was hoping for something with a bit more control than a standard chafing dish. This product is great! It was easy to set up and kept our chicken wings quite warm. I have already bought the smaller pans to add in to allow more versatility in the future, since this will hold a lot of food. I do wish there was a water level indicator so you know where to fill to, since this does take a bit of trial and error. The lid is also a bit flimsy compared to the rest of the product, but I do love that it's clear so that you can see inside of it. I'm already considering a second purchase!
