This product is so light, I thought it would be fragile, but I was happily wrong. I dropped it onto the kitchen floor, hitting a corner on the floor, to see if it would break. It did not break, though if it was full the contects would be everyone. That is not a slam, it has a hole in the lid so you can keep a ladle or spoon in it and have the handle stick out while the lid is closed. Naturally, food would splatter out of that hole if you dropped the container while full. I accidently dropped it when moving it to my container storage drawer and it bounced something fierce. I did not just drop it, it shot out of my hand like a child running from a plate of liver and onions! It hit the floor, ricocheted into the stove, flipped a half dozen times as it skittered across the kitchen, and ended up next to the couch in the living room. Not a single crack of scratch on it. Honestly, I would not have blamed it for coming out of that in a bad way, but it simply took the abuse with a smile. If you want a very light, crystal clear container with a hold for a serving spoon handle that can take all kinds of abuse and come out looking brand new, this is the container for you. I highly recommend.

this is a nice little container for the refrig, you can see what's in it, and also nice when we're doing food prep work--several times each year my wife and I set up shop to make a handful of time-consuming things (a bolognese meat sauce, mushroom duxelles for ravioli, alfredo sauce) and make these things in bulk, then freeze smaller servings. This is a nice size container for what we do, and just feels "fun" when we're playing chef. I am not a fan of the ladle-hole in the lid but we've just put a layer of saran over the container then the lid when we needed to keep a lid on things for a bit. I am surprised this isn't supposed to go through the dishwasher, but maybe that's on me--we have had similar material plastic cups and over time those DID seem to spiderweb in tiny micro-cracks so maybe i shouldnt have been surprised, but it seemed a ting worth pointing out for anyone reading these reviews--the way we use this we already have a handful of hand-wash items like knives anyway, so its just one more dish to wash quick, but if you were planning to toss this in the dishwasher it may not be the container for you.

This is a strong and clear container with a loose lif. It does not seal shut but rests on top and has an air hole. It is perfect for storing washed strawberries or grapes. The shape takes up less room in my refrigerator than a bowl and it looks nice. Very happy with this. Dishwasher safe.

This container is nice, but seems like more of a commercial-use container. I wanted it to do some food storage in my fridge. It is only one container, but it is a container that you would see used to store toppings at subway or something like that. But for the commercial-use container to be only sold in a pack of one is quite odd to be honest. I don't really use it much anymore because it is a little bit awkward. I would not recommend it for that reason, even though i don't have complaints about the quality.

This 1/6 Size Clear Food Pan with Lid is decent and pretty sturdy for holding most anything. The lid does not fit snugly at all -- seems that a good use for this container would be to hold salad dressing where a ladle was sticking out. It would also be good for holding fruit and veggies in the fridge that need a little air circulation. It's nice that you can see what's inside the container.

So these are pretty much exactly what I have used when I used to work in restuarants, so they will be very familar to anyone with food service experience. These things are very strong, sturdy, and durable, and are easy to grip, hold, carry etc. They are also useful for both hot and cold items, as you can put almost anything in them really, just put saran wrap over the lid, and you can keep things fresher for way longer. The lid does have a hole in it though (which is used for ladles, spoons etc.) so that is why if you want air-proof protection you just add saran wrap to the top. But the opening is also naturaly good for storing fruit as it allows some air-flow. These things are so useful for so many things...so you really can't go wrong with them in the kitchen. Very happy with it.
