  • Excellent stereo receiver
Style: 9 Input Amplifier System
Small but powerful! Excellent for attaching cd and record player. Easy to set up, but user manual is sad. It replaced an old Pioneer receiver amplifier and sound is excellent, although can only connect 2 speakers

  • Good little amplifier
Style: 5 Input Amplifier System
This is a good little amp that has features as described. I had a couple of pairs of old bookshelf speakers and it drives them very well. The sound quality is better than my ears. It is easy to connect to bluetooth, the FM radio works well at least for local stations and the auxiliary inputs work fine. I would note that the claim for 100 watts is entirely bogus, as I expected. It uses a CD7377CZ chip for the amplifier which is speced at 7 watts x 4 channels (data sheet is available on the internet). There is absolutely no way you can claim 100 watts. You don't need anywhere near that kind of power to have good sound. This is quite adequate for it's intended use. Since I couldn't measure the actual output power I measured the AC power input with a kill-o-watt meter and the amp idles long at about 7 watts input with no sound. I fed it with a constant tone to get maximum power and twisted the volume to max. It was very loud, very distorted (expected) and the maximum input power was under 50 watts--and of course output power is less. Bottom line is it's a good little amp for it's intended use. If you want to play background music through those ceiling speakers that the previous homeowner installed, or add a couple of patio speakers then this will work just fine. Want to play window shaking heavy metal? Go spend more money. ... show more

  • Good TV surround
Style: 9 Input Amplifier System
Works well, good value for the price, only complaint is that it won’t pair with my Xfinity remote for volume control.

  • Works nicely for my desktop PC speaker setup. Nice bass / overall sound

  • Was nice for six months. Dead now.
Style: 9 Input Amplifier System
This is an addendum to what I previously said about this amplifier. Very nice, but programming the FM radio is a b**** and very, very frustrating. Don't look to the manual to get an explanation. In fact the manual explains little to nothing, except the basic facts. Overall a good inexpensive amp for the money, just don't look for any real explanations from the manual. This is another review after six months of ownership. It's dead. The amplifier up and died. Six months ago I bought this piece of crap and this is the second time it's gone out on me. However it appears to be permanent this time. Never again am I buying anything electronic from Amazon as all of the cheaper electronics are just that, CHEAP! At least my last stereo lasted a few years compared to this one. So disappointing. I haven't the money to replacement. ... show more

Style: 5 Input Amplifier System
blue tooth connects fast, i use it in a mill with metal walls and ceilings, and the radio in it works great with out an additional external antenna. was disappointed in the free gift of the mic, registered for it and never received a conformation or the item.

  • Good deal for the money!
Style: 5 Input Amplifier System
I bought this primarily to use for sound for my computer, but it's also hooked to my flat screen TV. It's connected by Bluetooth to the laptop. Connection was easy and instant and it never drops out (so far). The TV is connected to the aux inputs and it was also a piece of cake to hook up. The speakers i'm using are old Jensen 3-way, 8ohm with 10" woofers. They were high end audio in the '70s and they still sound awesome. This little amplifier drives them with no problem with clear, clean highs and bass that will rumble the floor if i crank it up. So far (i've had it one day) i'm happy with it. I haven't tried the radio yet but most of the radio i listen to is on the internet anyway so it doesn't matter much to me. I tried out the usb input with a flash drive and that sounds good as well. Haven't tried the Mic inputs or the SD input yet. The unit is well made and sturdy and all the controls feel good....and i appreciated the power switch on the front. In the "minus" column would be; > The track selector for usb goes only up or down in selection and no metadata is displayed, so you can't browse the drive for specific tunes. > When you connect to Bluetooth, there are 2 loud connection chimes that play through the speakers....VERY LOUDLY! The only way to defeat this is to turn the volume on the amp to 0 whenever you turn it or the computer on. > The volume control dial has no pointer, so you can't tell where it's set. The indicators in the other dials are just notches...difficult to see. I think i can solve those problems with a bit of white-out. > The EQ function is of little use. Some of the settings seem to be of no use for any application. The 2 i use most are "Jaz" (boosts high and low frequencies) and what appears to say "nO .-" which i assume is the flat setting. Overall, it was a good deal IMO. Excellent sound, easy to hook up and it takes up very little space on the desktop. Update 11/7/20; The unit has begun randomly shutting down. Every now and then the sound cuts off and the display goes dark. If i restart it with the power switch it works for a while and then does it again. Too bad, i loved the sound and functionality, but it's just not reliable. I'm returning this unit. Update 11/9/20; Ok, i really want to like this thing. Except for a couple of glitches with the Bluetooth, i think it's a good deal. It hasn't shut itself down recently and the display has remained on consistently. The sound is really good and the various functions seem to work as they should. I'm gonna hang on to this for a while and see how it goes. I'll update if there are any changes or if this goes toes up and i either send it back or trash it. ....so far i'm enjoying the sound. ... show more

  • Small box, big sound
Style: 9 Input Amplifier System
I have a little man cave and lots of records, 2 turntables and small book shelf speakers. I studied the amplifiers and was keen on remote control, good sound, headphone options and listening to my vinyls. Setting up the speakers was simple. Plugging a Turntable into the Phono jacks was simple. Listening to FM radio was a challenge until I turned the mode knob to CD and other inputs. This isn’t the amplifier from college days. This is surprisingly compact with the sound and volume options easily adjusted with the remote. The value is excellent compared to other amps and memories of the 1960’s and 70’s. Addition. The turntable’s volume would not adjust manually or with remote. The Pyle customer support was useless. Voice prompts uniformly led to hang up. Amazon support took awhile and had me blasting Sgt Peppers in about 40 minutes. ... show more
