Awesome product! They arrived quickly & without any scratches. Sublimation was a breeze the box gives you the press instructions. 360 degrees F for 30sec. My mugs turned out great & will be perfect to add to my shop. My only complaint would be that they are smaller than I expected but I also didn’t look at the measurements beforehand. All in all 10/10 will definitely be purchasing again in the future.

Overall I love these cups! At first they weren’t coming out well at all. I did waste quite a few cups figuring out what time and temperature would work. I searched the reviews and didn’t find anyone who actually shared that information, so I wanted to share what ended up working for me so I can help others. The 17oz ones were fine in my Cricut mug press. I wrapped a silicone sleeve around the 12oz ones for a tighter fit and the mug press would beep after a minute or two. They were very faded, so I knew the timing was off. I saw on YouTube to leave them in there for 3.5 minutes. I didn’t try that with the Cricut mug press mostly because I found the silicone sleeve awkward to work with on those. Instead, I used my heat press nation tumbler press with the mug attachment for a more secure fit. I set my temp at 365 for 210 seconds (3.5 minutes) with medium/firm pressure. They were still coming out slightly faded toward the top. I added an additional 30 seconds and they were perfect. So maybe try the recommended time if you want first, but that didn’t work for me. Try 365 degrees for 4 minutes if you’re using a tumbler or mug press with medium/firm pressure. One thing to note is that these cups also don’t hold the amounts listed. The 17oz ones probably only hold about 15oz.

I honestly thought it was my printer that was not working. I tried 3 out of the 4 mugs and they did not sublimate very well. The images were super faded. I tried a different mug and there was absolutely nothing wrong with my printer. I just want my money back at this point. The mugs were a perfect size but very disappointed that they did not sublimate.

These are very small. I obviously knew they wouldn’t be as big as my usual 15 oz mugs, but they are smaller than I expected. I did get them to sublimate, but it took a lot longer than the directions on the box and then I had to finish them with my heat gun, and they still aren’t as good as I would like. I was hoping I would really like these so I could offer them to my customers, but I’m not sure they were worth the work. I also noticed spots on each mug where it didn’t look like the enamel was even, so I’m hoping they don’t start chipping away with use. I’d like to think I just got a bad batch, but I’m not sure I’m willing to spend more money on them to find out.
