The box is marked with "this way up". Opening it that way guaranteed the instructions were on the bottom. The parts were all very nicely wrapped. As the photo shows the poles are very similar and they are differentiated by 1/4” stickers on the poles. None of the stickers were unreadable. Is solid. I put it together to the point where it was standing and will leave it a while before I tighten everything down. I used all 80 bungee loops and will have to review the instructions to see where I used too many. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Held up in the snow great! BUT expect any wind gusts 25 or higher your kinda screwed. It completely bent and twisted the metal legs beyond repair. I had it anchored down to 13" auger anchors with straps totaling to 12 tie downs but the connection point between the legs and roof gave way and completely sheared off causing it to twist. If I didn't have to tied down still it would have blown to the next state over. Good for areas with low wind. Would I buy another? Maybe just not this one. ... show more

The ONLY complain I have. The color is actually a lot darker than gray. It’s more like a dark, charcoal color. I wish it would’ve matched the picture online. It didn’t; therefore, doesn’t blend in with the colors my house is painted. Besides that, I guess I am happy. So far so good, after a month owning it. ... show more
