DO NOT BUY!!! I was so happy to receive this DTF printer. It worked really well for six months. After six months, it stopped working. I replaced the printer head, the ribbon cables, the dampers, capping station, the ink pump and the motherboard and it still doesn’t work. I consider a myself a little Tech savvy but what the China rep wanted me to do was way past my knowledge. I stayed up from 9pm to 3am waiting for responses and how-to videos. I pretty much took it apart. All for it to NOT work. After all the money I have spent, I am very disappointed. To add icing on the cake I also purchased the humidifier and curating oven as well and the curing oven stopped working at the same time as the DTF printer. I understand that there should be maintenance done on it daily. I’ve done that just for it not to work. I have tried to contact China over and over about help or reimbursement, just about anything to get these items up and running and yet the responses are slim to none. So this expensive products is just collecting dust. I literally had to close my small business over this. I would not recommend this for anyone. ... show more
