I love the machine. My designs come out much better than my swing away heat press. I replaced my swing away with this heat press for the features. It is easy to use. The quality is great, but the only concern I had was that when it goes down there is a creaking sound. That concerned me, but I contacted PYD Life, and they assured me it was just the mechanism that is working, and it is not a problem with the machine. I would recommend this machine.

Chamged from 1 star to 4 I purchased this. I have used it about 3 times, it no longer goes down enough to meet the product in order to heat press it. It over heats and shuts off. I went back to my old one. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PRODUCT. PAST 30 days, not returnable HOWERE, THEY WERE REALLY GOOD AY COMPENSATING ME WITH A NEW HEAT PRESS. I would give them a try.
