Perfect for the first affordable steering wheel to try to simulate. i bought it as 119bucks which killing the Logitech g 923 with 299bucks. pro :Heavy and textured force feedback no friction sound like g29 very quiet.compact easy plug and play.larger wheel.additon shifter which is decent con :Force feedback reaction slightly slow as 900degree .pedal feels cheap need sucktion to hold.game compatibility not like Logitech wheel plug and play mostgame.need u do setting by own most games

Before I review this, it should be noted that I don't really have another steering wheel to compare this to. The last steering wheel I had was 20 years ago, and it was a madcatz, so there is obviously no comparison there. As far as this wheel goes, I feel it has a good build quality. The fit and finish of everything looks great. The wheel itself has a lot of metal on it, which to me means it will be durable. The only odd thing to me is the way the buttons are placed on the wheel. You won't be able to use muscle memory from controllers when needing to use them because they are scattered down both sides of the center of the wheel and until you memorize where they are at you will visually need to look for them. The wheel has been responsive to me. The force feedback is strong, and i like it. I did have a small amount of lag, but I changed my tv to the game setting, and that resolved the issue for me. The game setting uses less unimportant resources on your tv, freeing it to work faster with games and supposedly reducing lag. I am using this with my series X, and it was easy to connect with no issues. The instructions are clear on what to do, and the exact cable you need is included. The pedals work nicely, and it's obvious they have the hall magnetic induction. I haven't needed to use the shifter yet, so there's no information on that. Like I said, I have nothing to compare to, so to me, this works great.

Seriously, don’t let others steer you away from this gem of a device. If you’re on a budget or this your first wheel, go for it. It works with all the popular games except TXR at the moment because it’s Early Release, but this wheel is great for starters. And for the price you get a darn good wheel and base and decent pedals and shifter. Perfect to learn on for $189. Very immersive and you will not want to stop playing. The wheel and base is rated highly with YouTube game streamers. They love the size of the wheel compared to others and the base that’s a budget price but gets the job done like it suppose. I had difficulties getting this thing to play with games at first but when infigured out that you have to easily set you bindings, (most racing games like assetto corsa and similar let you set your bindings). I floated through every game after the first on setting it up. Some games you don’t have to set anything because it’s automatic. I downloaded a firmware update from their website for this wheel and haven’t had a problem with it since. Thanks PXN for the great price on this thing. You can sponsor me, I will be professional. It is a bit of a crowded space in the mid level racing consoles. However, this one competes with some of the better ones in this category. The overall construction is made of high quality materials and feels very solid. The steering wheel has nice weight to it. We have an XBOX One and it was easy to connect this to the console with the instructions. Connecting all the cables only took about 3-5 minutes including the time for the self test. The only real complaint is that the steering feels like it is a fraction of a second slow in the reaction. However, we will try a few more settings to see if things improve.
