I really love this wheel I bought it after my Gen 1 PXN V9 pedals went bad, so I guess I'm sort of loyal to PXN. The main benefit: it has a lot of programmable buttons compared to most other wheels, the pedals are comfortable and in the Gen 2 they use Hall Effect Sensors. (Do not buy a PXN V9 Gen 1, it has potentiometers instead of Hall Effect Sensors, they will go bad quickly). Overall the wheel feels good in my hands, the build quality is nice, and for the Gen 2 they have moved to all USB-C connectors for the main connection, the pedals and the shifter. It's USB-A on the end that goes to the computer. Just realize the PXN wheels are not nearly as popular as the Logitech wheels, so games that support wheels often cover Logitech first, the perhaps Moza or some other manufactures, and PXN last. I've never seen the V9 on an approved wheel list for any games, actually. Really if you want a more compatible wheel you should go with a Logitech, definitely check your desired games to see if the PXN wheel is compatible. Don't buy the wheel just for a game it won't work with, it's a hassle to return. For example in Snowrunner, it doesn't really work well, no better than a controller. In ATS/ETS it's a great wheel, fully supported. In Bus Sim 21 the wheel and pedals work but there's no shifting. I've used the wheel in Dirt 2.0, briefly, it worked.

Xbox owners beware, I bought this for my Xbox series X to play NASCAR 25 and Forza 5. The biggest issue was the wheel would not stay connected more so with Forza than NASCAR. During the middle of gameplay you get a controller disconnected and everything stops. I tried straight wired and wireless controllers and they all called, The problem got so annoying when is disconnected every minute. I return the wheel and bought a little more expensive one from a different company and no issues.

It's nice and works ok out of the box on a PS4, however it doesn't come with any firmware updates! For me this causes and issue with it randomly turning off midgame.

We have had this for a good while now. It has never failed my son and integrates well into his games. Make sure you check the minimum requirements of the PC/Mac you intend to use. He really enjoys it!
