For a child's bed this is very well made solid wood. Only dislike i have is how you can see the bolts in the footboard. should of been designed with push in covers.

I bought two of these twin beds a few months ago for my toddlers. The beds are pretty sturdy, and it took only 15 mins to set up each one! They will grow out of them by the time they are teenagers, but it was certainly worth every penny. Side note* If your toddlers are younger than 4 I may suggest a bed frame that they can not sick their little arms through because they will try. My babies know better at this point. ... show more

The plane boards that are used for the “platform” piece are too short. We were only able to secure 1 to the bed frame. The rest were too short. We ended up spending $50 at the hardware store buying boards that actually fit.
