What a fine product. Even better customer support. One of the two chairs was missing a single bolt preventing completion of assembly. The manufacturer immediately sent an entire new set of stainless steel nuts and bolts so I could complete the chair. Very comfortable. Easy to get in and out of. Very uncomfortable, only used twice and already fraying, must be cautious where you initially sit down due to the bar underneath, extremely low to ground, does not lay flat (should have noticed this before ordering), tension in the material when you make any adjustments in sitting. Too late to send back. The assembly was very troublesome and the little tools included slipped off the bolts/washers; could only turn a little at a time due to hitting other areas. Beware you cannot tighten anything due to one of the very last activities that will be impossible to complete. One of my worst choices and expensive too. Very difficult to store due to no folding of the frame. ... show more
