What a fine product. Even better customer support. One of the two chairs was missing a single bolt preventing completion of assembly. The manufacturer immediately sent an entire new set of stainless steel nuts and bolts so I could complete the chair. Very comfortable. Easy to get in and out of. Looks beautiful on our pool deck.

I was a little leary about ordering these chairs based on some mixed reviews. I'm hoping my experience clears a few things up. First, I went into this purchase expecting horrible instructions and a terrible assembly process. With those expectations and armed with years of previous assembly experience I was pleasently surprised. Yes, all the hardware will come in two bags (1 for each chair) with no identifying info besides a poor chart of parts on the front page of the instructions. But, once you organize your hardware into like piles, you'll find there are only 2 different length bolts, a pile of washers, and few nuts. So, even with poor instructions (and I've seen worse) it's not hard to figure out what goes where. One piece of advice the instructions give which is very helpful, is to NOT tighten anything down. If you do, the remaining assembly becomes much more difficult. Leave all the hardware very loose upon initial assembly and you'll find the whole process fairly easy. First chair took me 20 minutes. 2nd chair 10 minutes. Table 5 minutes. The chair is modern, stylish, low to the ground, and very comfortable. The aluminum frame makes them both sturdy and lightweight, which is a nice combination. I find then very easy to move around based on whether i want sun or shade. I could see anyone with a wider frame body or anyone who has a hard time getting up from a low slung position not liking these chairs as much as i do. My wife and i are in our 40s and both in good physical condition, so these chairs give us no problems getting in or out of them. Overall, I'm pleasantly surprised by the products style and function for this price point.

The media could not be loaded. Chairs were just what I was looking for. Originally purchased smaller chairs but contacted Purple Leaf who quickly replaced with larger chairs. The chairs are light weight and well made. Easy to assemble. Definitely recommend these chairs and company.

The assembly was easy, despite some of the other comments, you're basically assembling it upside down but what you need to do is barely put on the screws. Leave them very loose. Then you flip it over on it's correct positioning and make sure it's leveled with the floor while screws are still loose (give it a shake and press down and make sure all 4 legs are touching the floor). Then you tighten the 3 support brackets first (one side at time). After that, you tighten the piece connected to the fabric, I tightened that slowly since you're stretching the fabric for the first time. I bought 4 chairs and 2 end tables (see photo). It took a while due to the tedious hand tightening of each screw with the provided wrench. But all 4 fit perfectly into each hole and was leveled after assembly. If people are commenting saying the screws don't fit into the prefabricated holes, then it's human install error (don't tighten them right away!). I previously had 2 year old metal chaise lounge and they rusted at the legs really bad and left rust stains on my deck. So glad I got these aluminum frame and sleek/modern design and won't have to worry about rust and cleaning rust stains on the deck. I initially saw these at a resort we were staying at and saw the tag at the back, so I researched on Amazon and found them. I like how your legs are down too, and not straight flat like some other chaise lounge chairs. These are really comfy to relax on. Hope these helps!

The adjustable pillows are really nice, however, the foam inserts are not protected from the elements and deteriorate quickly discoloring the cover and looking pretty nasty after a year. They should consider a sunscreen protective poly cover so that they are up to the true nature of pool elements.

The chairs are excellent. I bought them to be used on the sun deck in the my pool. Since they are metal I keep them out of the water unless in use so that don’t developed a rust stain in my pool a precaution. The setup is a bit challenging but with patience and following the instructions the second chair setup is much faster as you become the expert. For the price and the quality I give them 5 stars.
