Everything arrived well packaged, there were no missing or damaged parts. The build itself was fairly straightforward and took me a little over an hour by myself. There are a few parts where it would be easier with two people, but it's possible to do it solo. The parts mostly feel solid, it will be interesting to see how it holds up over a few wet and cold pacific northwest winters followed by hot summers. It looks nice and feels premium. Seats are comfortable if not a little thin on the padding, but you can always buy thicker cushions if you want. The cup holders are a nice addition. Overall, I am happy with the purchase. Longevity is still unknown.

After submitting my original review with my frustration for assembly, wrong part received and having difficulty contacting the seller I was able to resolve it via email. Seller was proactive and sent me wrong part withing few days. Therefore, I am updating my review. The swing set materials are of a great quality and so are the cushions. If the item comes with all correct parts, it's a great quality. The reason I keep 4 stars is due to the instructions and parts not labeled correctly. It took 2 ppl more than 2 hours to assemble the whole structure following instructions closely with realizing that some parts were mislabeled, therefore trying to logically work thru assembly without relying on instructions.

Delivery was great since the box was quite heavy. Took us about 45 min to assemble. Pretty easy and sturdy. The cup holders are not as study, but so far they work. Solar string lights were a nice extra. The red swing is a beautiful vibrant color. I am hoping the sun doesn't bleach the color out too much. The swing is at fixed sitting position, this swing does not lie flat. Great buy at a great price.

We have had several swings over the years, and this one is a step above them all. Full metal frame construction as well as metal supports under the cushions is sure to last versus the others that have fabric. The instructions had amazing images and very clear directions. Hardware was also higher quality than the others and the heads never wanted to strip even with substantial torque. The walls of the rectangular tubing almost seemed to be reinforced where pieces joined together so the metal didn’t crush, and was able to really torque the bolts down. I used some red loctite just to keep it secure through he seasons as I knew this one was going to be around for many years. Fit and finish were top notch. We got the large size and it is amazing. What I love about this swing most is the metal reinforcement under the cushions so when you lay it down flat there are no dips or lows spots. Super comfortable!! Cushions have zippers so they can be washed, and the material seems super durable for the changing season to come. Best built swing I’ve found. Highly recommend it.

Advertised dimensions are wrong, it's bigger. When converted, this amazing swing holds a twin size mattress (actual inside dimensions of bed are 74" x 42"). Four normal size adults could sit comfortably. A few features that many swings do not have. Seat cushion and back cushion are sewn together in one piece so conversion is quick and simple. Spring loaded pins hold the seat back up securely and pull easily when converting into a bed. Material is basically waterproof. Swing springs have plastic inserts that make it swing silently ( none of that foghorn sound at the end of the pendulum motion). Hooks at both ends make it easy to hold everything stable so the swing doesn't move if you don't want it to. Pull the pins up out of the way and it swings naturally whether in seat or bed position (took a nap on it the first day swaying in the breeze...wonderful). Construction is solid using fully boxed channel. Powder coat is done well after all welds were completed. No exposed metal any where. Took just under an hour to assemble with an assistant. Instructions are thorough. If you've ever played with an erector set or 80/20, you can build this solo. Surprise feature - the canopy knobs are geared to mesh with the ends of the support beam. Set the canopy to your preferred angle and tighten it down. A stiff breeze won't make it flop down turning it into a sail that tips the whole swing over. This swing is worth every penny.

Easy to put together, all parts there, no damage,the swing is sturdy too. I'm 5'6" and my feet dangle about 2" off the ground and the seat depth is fairly shallow so it's not comfortable to sit on. My husband is 6'5" and though his feet reach the ground easily the shallow seat depth has him sitting uncomfortably as well. I had another one like this that was made by someone else and it was a good fit for us both with seat depth and height. I didn't bother to verify the diminsions or I would have passed this one up. I'll need to find a couple of chain links at the store to lower the seat, I'll also need to buy new cushions as they're 1 piece and slide even after being tied down. I think they're nylon so slippery by nature. Not a good purchase for us.
