Having purchased 2 other (different) covers that featured taped seams and appeared to be good, after some real world use they both fell apart. While (on those) it seemed that taped seams on those would be better they inevitably come loose after a few months. All of them. Clearly he taping served to mask the low quality stitching. In addition, the material started 'falling apart' as well, unable to handle the relentless UV. Both of them lasted less than a year. I purchased this cover a bit over a year ago and feel it deserves some well earned praise. Clearly Florida sun and rain will separate the chaff from the wheat - what sets this one apart is better (heavier) material, better stitching, therefore no taping needed. Bottom line: This is hands down the best cover out there for the money. Well made, and functions as advertised. Waterproof, and reversible - the silver cover definitely keeps the bike cooler. And it will last.

I put this on my Yamaha V-Star 650 with the rear boat clip and a bike lock in the front loops and it’s hanging on with 13 mph prevailing winds and 25 mph gusts. So far my only complaint is that it needs reflective tape on the front and rear, not just the sides, so I put a cone in front so drivers will see it at night. It’s lightweight, but I’m not seeing the frailty that other reviews are complaining about. The inner layer should keep the top half of the bike dry in normal rain and snow. For the low cost, I have no complaints so far. I expect it to see some freezing rain or snow in the next few weeks, we shall see. Update after 3 months: Elastic for bottom boat clip has lost its stretchiness. Stitching has developed a tear at the left handlebar mirror. Reduced stars from 5 to 4.

Bought this just as a dust cover while my bike is in my garage. It fits but not very well. Otherwise it’s decent for a $20 cover. I have a 2024 road glide and it doesn’t cover the entire bike down to the ground.

I purchased this for when I store my bike away but also for when I keep it on the street and it rains. At first the material doesn’t feel that durable and seems like it will rip easily if it were to get caught on the license plate, exhaust, or handle bars. This cover sat through a pretty nasty rain storm and not a drop of water touched the bike. Water pretty much fell right off the cover. Maybe I was lucky or maybe it’s just that durable. It covers the entire bike, even when I have the windshield attached. If you have a larger bike it should have more of a snug fit. It has a side release buckle that goes under the bike that you can tighten. The front and rear both have elastic bands that hug under the tires. The reflective strips are on the smaller side but they do work. The ability to use a U-Lock is definitely a plus. When not in use it folds to be very compact and comes with a storage bag. Preferably though it should work perfectly for storing your bike indoors during the off season. All in all 5 stars for effectiveness and cost.
