I bought this for a 2021 Honda Pilot. Thankfully the change-out process is super simple. This little beauty drops right in. It is well made and the perfect size. The old filter installed by the previous owner was cheap and flimsy. There was a clear difference in build and material quality. More rigid and thicker material. I'm confident this filter will perform as designed. Buy it and enjoy clean, odor-free air.

I picked up this Puroma cabin air filter to replace the old one in my Honda and it has worked out very well. It fit the housing just like the original, slid in without any forcing, and the whole swap took only a few minutes. The construction feels solid for the price and the edges seal properly so air is not just bypassing the filter. After installing it, the air from the vents smelled noticeably fresher, especially when using recirculate. The activated carbon layer seems to help cut down on that stale or slightly musty smell that builds up over time. I recently decided to swap out the cabin air filter in my 2017 Honda Odyssey myself, primarily because I was shocked by the cost savings. The dealership wanted more than ten times the price of this Puroma filter to install one of theirs, which is a price difference I find hard to believe for such a simple task. Although I was worried the quality might reflect the lower price, the thickness of the pleats and the rigidity of the filter are indistinguishable from the OEM filter. The only difference I can see is the labeling. The old filter I pulled out was pretty nasty, and I am actually surprised the service department did not recommend changing it sooner given how much dirt it had collected. Sliding this new one into the housing was a seamless process that took less than a minute to finish, which makes the dealership's labor charges seem even more excessive. I am very happy with how this filter fits and performs, especially since it provides a high-quality feel for a fraction of the cost I am used to paying at the shop.
