Update- increased my rating from 2 to 4 stars and the company contacted me and offered guidance, then a refund for the defective lock. Great customer service! I guess 3 out of 4 isn't bad, but I ordered 4 and can only use 3. The locks aren't Master lock quality, but a good deterrent to opening what doesn't need to be opened. Setting them is simple. My problem is that after setting, I cannot open one of them, rendering it useless. The other 3 set just fine, so I'm not sure where the problem is. I would have contacted the seller directly, but Amazon doesn't give that option. I'm not a fan of things not working properly...so 2 stars it is. ... show more
