I’m not sure about this. I love the formulation and I had high hopes but it broke me out in deep juicy painful zits the worst I’ve ever had, and I had terrible cystic acne all through college. They also took forever to clear up and heal and left scars, which I don’t normally get. I cleared it with Avene gentle benzoyl peroxide. Now, I take half dose every few days. ... show more

    • Not worth It!!!! Take at your own Peril!!!! Zinc 50 mg too much!
50 mg of Zinc is too much! This supplement almost cost me a trip to the ER!!!!! Headache from Hell, Extreme Nausea, Heartburn From a Volcano and feeling just Weird!!!! Did not go to sleep until 3am. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE CHEAP!!! Back to my Expensive Touch Benzoyl Peroxide Gel a whole lot cheaper than a ER visit!!!
